I live and paint in East Anglia and take a lot of inspiration from the local countryside, particularly in Norfolk and Suffolk. My work is continuously evolving as I experiment with new techniques. Recently I have been using enamel paint and love the qualities it has. It gives an extra depth to the canvas when used alongside acrylic, creating bold contrast. I have been immersed in a series of tree paintings recently, that I’ve found strangely addictive.
